DELIVERY INFO

We offer an awesome delivery service by partnering with a reputable courier to deliver your order directly to your door.

WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY on all orders over R499.95 all-over South Africa.

We have a central warehouse in George and stores nationwide, this allows us to get your order out ASAP, between 5 – 7 working days, except during Sales and Special Events when delivery may take up to 10 working days. If we anticipate longer delays, we will let you know. All orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.

Deliveries are only made to valid addresses within South Africa, on business days only. You or a person authorised to accept delivery on your behalf, must be available during normal business hours at the delivery address specified in the Order Confirmation (“Delivery Address”). Any person accepting delivery of the Products may be required to produce a form of identification.

If we are unable to deliver your order within 15 days of your receipt of an Order Confirmation, we will contact you and either a process refund immediately or arrange the delivery of another product, of the same value.

TRACKING
